Specific Requirements
- Experience in developing and optimizing Base and Prime editing as gene editing strategies.
- Experience in the culture and maintenance of primary cells and cell lines
- Experience in the purification and isolation of skin cells from human and murine primary samples (skin biopsies).
- Experience in molecular biology techniques, including plasmid amplification, cloning, genomic DNA, plasmid, protein, and RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, ddPCR, Western blot, and in vitro messenger RNA synthesis.
- Experience in the characterization of generated mutations using next-generation sequencing and Sanger sequencing.
- Experience in the development of bioengineered skin equivalents.
- Experience in histological tissue processing, sectioning, and immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence techniques.
- Experience in writing and orally presenting experimental results in English.
