School of Medicine - Open Rank - Radiation Oncology - Faculty
The Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking exceptional physician faculty (MD or MD/PhD) for an open-rank and open tenure, full-time position. Academic rank, tenure status, and compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
What we are looking for:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
- Strong clinical acumen and commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in proton therapy and/or brachytherapy is encouraged but not required
