Senior Administrator, Customer and Compliance Applications
About This Opportunity
The Senior Administrator, Customer and Compliance Applications provides high-level technical support and administration for the University’s CRM and associated customer and compliance systems. Working closely with stakeholders across the University, this role ensures systems effectively support relationship management with prospective, current and past students, while maintaining strong governance, security and operational standards.
Reporting to the Manager, CRM and Records Management, the role contributes to system enhancement, project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives, and may provide direction to other professional or technical staff on specific tasks or projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation and ongoing maintenance of CRM and related customer and compliance applications
- Provide technical support and project delivery across system enhancements, testing, user acceptance and process improvement initiatives
- Investigate, evaluate and embed best-practice administrative processes to strengthen CRM capability and data quality across business units
- Promote strong governance, cyber security, change management and stakeholder engagement practices to ensure effective and compliant system operations

About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- A degree in IT or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- Experience analysing, designing, developing and maintaining multi-user systems or enterprise applications
- Demonstrated CRM implementation and administration experience, including multi-channel processes, knowledge base development, system configuration and reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and business process mapping skills
- Experience supporting system implementations, user testing and project coordination activities
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document requirements and processes clearly
- Experience applying change management principles within system or application environments
- A self-motivated, organised and methodical approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver outcomes

Full-time, fixed-term position through to the end of September 2026
Base salary will be in the range $104,616 - $113,920 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 7)
Based at our St. Lucia Campus
