Job Description
- Full‑time, fixed‑term position at HEW Level 7 until 18 March 2027.
- Parramatta South campus with flexible working arrangements.
- Salary: $104,953 – $113,204 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.
Lead the coordination and operational delivery of Western’s international partnership agreements.
The Opportunity
As the Senior Coordinator, Agreements and Operations, you will coordinate the full lifecycle of Western Sydney University’s international partnership agreements. You will ensure each agreement is developed to a high standard, aligns with University policy, and is progressed through the correct approval pathways.
You will oversee due diligence checks and risk assessments for new and renewed partners, providing informed recommendations that support strategic decision making. The role also contributes to enhancing operational capability within the Global Partnerships portfolio by developing procedures, maintaining accurate partnership records, and supporting the improvement of agreement templates and digital systems.
Your work will involve close collaboration with the Office of General Counsel, Faculties, Institutes, and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and consistent documentation across all agreement processes. You will also support website maintenance, reporting obligations, and deputise for the Director, Transnational Education, Mobility and Partnerships when required.
What Success Looks Like:
- International partnership agreements delivered accurately and in line with policy and governance requirements.
- Due diligence and risk assessments completed thoroughly and communicated clearly to stakeholders.
- Faculties and business units supported with high quality guidance on agreement documentation and processes.
- Accurate, up to date records maintained across all partnership systems and reporting functions.
- Strong relationships built across internal and external stakeholders to support effective agreement development.

About You
- You bring a relevant law degree and/or substantial experience preparing high‑quality contract documentation within large and complex organisations.
- You demonstrate a solid understanding of international education and the strategic role of global partnerships.
- You communicate with clarity and cultural awareness, building effective relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- You manage competing priorities with confidence, applying strong organisational and project coordination skills to deliver accurate outcomes.
- You maintain a proactive, customer‑focused approach, seeking opportunities to refine processes, enhance reporting, and strengthen service quality.
