Senior Director, Miller Entrepreneurship Center

Job Summary

The Senior Director advises on the direction and strategy for all divisions contained within the Mill Entrepreneurship Center in collaboration with the Dean of the Gail Miller Business School. Those divisions include Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, the Mill Co-working/incubator space, Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Global Business Center, and Conference Center, Refugee Leadership Adult and Youth programs as well as various initiatives and programs related to Everyday Entrepreneur Program.

The Senior Director is responsible for growth and revenue generation across all divisions. The Senior Director plans, coordinates, motivates, evaluates and develops new and existing programs within each division by assuming responsibility for the overall leadership including budgeting, fundraising, administration, personnel and management of the divisions to achieve the College mission.
