Job Description
As a Senior Executive Assistant in the Honors College, this position will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Manage the Dean’s email correspondence and calendar and coordinate the Associate Dean’s schedule.
Oversee verbal and written communication related to donor relations, including providing support to the college’s Advancement officer.
Coordinate invited speaker visits and contracts.
Oversee event planning and execution for entire college, including 6-8 major events/year along with multiple smaller events.
Administer fiscal responsibilities for the college in conjunction with shared services, departmental units, and the Provost’s Office, including stewardship, expense reports, One Card reconciliations, and travel.
Provide support to Fellowships and MedOpp offices.
Serve as office manager and supervise other office staff, including student workers, across two locations.
Shift
40 hours/week, some evening and weekend responsibilities may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer previous event planning and supervisory experience.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $52,915.20 - $74,484.80 annually
Grade: GGS-010
