- Provide institutional leadership in data quality and definitions, ensuring full compliance with regulatory reporting obligations and ethical data practices.
Strategic Stakeholder Engagement
- Build influential partnerships across faculties and central units to promote data literacy and drive evidence informed planning across the university.
People Leadership & Capability Development
- Manage and mentor a specialist analytics team, fostering a high-performance culture that anticipates future business needs and emerging analytical approaches.
About You
You are a sophisticated analytical leader who thrives in complex, multi layered organisational environments. You possess the professional judgment to interpret shifting market trends and the communication skills to influence senior governance forums.
- Postgraduate qualifications in data analytics, statistics, economics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience in Higher Education).

- Proven track record of managing specialist technical teams and building organisational analytical capability.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills, specifically in translating ‘big data’ into clear, concise submissions for non-technical senior audiences.
