Senior Student Partnerships Coordinator

  • Base Salary $112,628 - $122,702 (HEO7) + 17% superannuation

About the opportunity

The University of Sydney is seeking a Senior Student Partnerships Coordinator to play a pivotal role within the Student Partnerships and Programs team, leading stakeholder consultation initiatives delivered through Sydney Student Voice, an initiative to engage students as co-design partners in strategic student experience projects.

You will work collaboratively with academic and professional staff across the University to design and coordinate student engagement activities that directly inform projects, services, and strategic priorities. This role has a strong operational, facilitation and stakeholder management focus, contributing directly to strengthening the student voice across the institution.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • coordinate end to end stakeholder consultation projects, working closely with academic and professional staff across faculties and portfolios
  • plan, design and deliver student workshops, focus groups and consultation sessions that enable meaningful participation
  • manage stakeholder communication, expectations and project milestones from initiation through to delivery
  • facilitate student engagement activities, including feedback sessions, ensuring inclusive and productive environments
  • analyse qualitative feedback and produce high quality reports, summaries and insights to inform University projects and initiatives
  • maintain accurate documentation, project trackers, records and reporting for all partnership and consultation activities.

About you

  • demonstrated experience coordinating stakeholder engagement initiatives or consultation projects from start to finish
  • expertise facilitating workshops, focus groups or feedback sessions, ideally in an education or community engagement context
  • strong ability to write clear, concise and insight driven reports
  • experience working within student experience, community engagement, or higher education settings
  • proficiency managing project logistics, timelines and documentation, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.
