Job Summary

The Fostering Futures Senior Student Success Coach supports undergraduate and graduate students at UTSA with a history of foster care through a holistic, trauma-informed caseload model, while also serving as the lead trainer and supervisor for the Fostering Futures Student Success Coach team. This role provides individualized coaching, mentorship, and resource navigation to promote academic persistence, personal wellbeing, and timely graduation...

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Three (3) year of related work experience.
• This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.
