Position Summary
The University of Missouri School of Medicine invites applications for a Senior Student Support Services in the Department of Family and Community Medicine (FCM).
This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Family & Community Medicine Residency Program, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and compliance with accreditation standards. The position includes staff supervision responsibilities and works closely with the Program Director, Associate Program Directors and the Program Manager. Key duties include supporting residency recruitment and onboarding processes, managing attending physician schedules, leading the implementation of patient and family advisory groups, and serving as a liaison between the residency program and other departments and divisions, MUHC and campus. Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Program Director, Associate Program Directors, and Program Manager of the Family & Community Medicine Residency program, including handling inquiries, sorting correspondence, setting up folders, and maintaining the calendar of applicant appointments and meetings.
- Manage and maintain attending physician schedules, including coordinating coverage needs, notifying attendings of schedule changes, and facilitating their return to clinic duties to support operational efficiency and patient care continuity.
- Lead the initial implementation and infrastructure development of patient and family advisory groups in alignment with ACGME requirements, and provide ongoing maintenance, scheduling, and oversight of these groups into the future.
- Assist the manager by maintaining the ERAS (Electronic Residency Application System) database and overseeing its processes during the residency recruitment season, as well as organizing and coordinating interviews for applicants.
- Support the Program Manager with resident licensure and onboarding.
- Assist in maintaining the entry of resident block schedules in QGenda.
- Assist in maintaining computerized resident/faculty records using New Innovations Management.
- Act as a liaison between the office and other departments and/or clinics.
- Arrange travel and process reimbursement requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Adobe and others.

Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $18.87 - $25.00 hourly
