Candidates specializing in ocean technology, intelligent sensing, mesozooplankton, marine geology, or marine meteorology—as well as those with offshore or field expedition experience—will be given priority.
Faculty Positions
Academic Leader Positions: Chair Professor / Distinguished Professor / Tenured Professor
Requirements:
- Currently hold a professorial or equivalent position at a leading university or research institute, with notable academic awards or talent program recognition
- Proven track record of influential research in the relevant field
- Strong international academic presence
- Team applications are welcome

Tenure-track Faculty Position: Tenure-track Associate Professor (open to other ranks as well)
Requirements:
- PhD holder with several years of postdoctoral or independent teaching/research experience
- Strong independent research capability with a record of high-quality publications
- Demonstrated teaching excellence and ability to supervise students

Research Track Positions
Position: Full-time Research Faculty
Requirements:
- Must hold a Ph.D and be under the age of 35
- Strong academic qualifications, independent research skills, and development potential
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence, ethical conduct, and collaborative work
- First-author publications in recent years; prior funding from NSFC or China Postdoctoral Fund is a plus
- Experience in a complete postdoctoral research project or equivalent is required
- Research interests should align with the School’s priorities and project needs
