The Single Stop Student Resources Coordinator provides program coordination, operational leadership, and project management support for the Single Stop department. This position serves as a primary operational partner to the Director and functions as the department’s second-incommand. This role focuses on program operations, staff coordination, community partnerships, budgets, and oversight of grant-supported initiatives. Ability to travel between campuses and work a flexible schedule as needed to support the program.

Minimum Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Two years of professional experience in program coordination, project management, operations, or social services.
- Experience coordinating initiatives or programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, and operational processes.
- Demonstrable understanding of food security in general or college student food security specifically.
Professional level experience is defined by the Colorado Division of Human Resources: A position that involves the exercise of discretion, analytical skill, judgment, personal accountability, and responsibility for creating, developing, integrating, applying, or sharing an organized body of knowledge. Colorado revised statute (C.R.S. 24-50-135(1) allows colleges to exempt positions from the State Personnel Classified System that are determined to be professional level work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or closely related field.
- Experience working in a higher education setting with traditional and non-traditional students.
- Experience working in higher education or student services.
- Experience coordinating or supervising staff.
- Experience supporting grant-funded programs or budgets.
- Experience developing community partnerships.
- Experience with program evaluation, data tracking, or reporting.
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish

Essential Functions
The primary responsibility is to assist the Director of Single Stop Services overseeing the program and community tables. This position will work in collaboration with Student Resources Specialists to effectively onboard students to the program. The role will promote Single Stop to the campus community (e.g., workshops, class presentations, meetings, etc.). Perform data collection, tracking, reporting, retention data on students who utilize Single Stop.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Single Stop program across campuses.
- Lead and manage operational projects related to food security and basic needs initiatives.
- Support the Director in implementing strategic priorities and departmental initiatives.
- Coordinate the work of Student Resource Specialists and student employees.
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and operational guidance for staff.
- Maintain partnerships with community agencies, nonprofits, and vendors.
- Track expenses and support oversight of grants and program funding.
- Coordinate data collection, program reporting, and assessment activities.
- Collaborate with campus departments to strengthen referral systems and program awareness.
- Assist with oversight of Canvas Community Food Pantry operations and related initiatives.
- Represent the program in meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with local nonprofit organizations, community partners, and service providers.
