"Sr. Program Administrator Supervisor"

Position Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Sr. Program Administrator Supervisor for The Institute for Families (IFF) at the Rutgers University School of Social Work.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

• Oversees a team of per diem trainers educating child welfare professionals who support families across the state.
• Provides ongoing recruitment, supervision, and coaching of trainers assigned to in-person and web-based courses for professionals working in New Jersey's child and family serving systems.
• Provides training-related services according to program needs.
• Conduct observations and leads networking and professional development opportunities.
• Provides individual and group coaching sessions to enhance trainers' skills.
• Facilitates train-the-trainer events.
• Presents walkthroughs to introduce new learning materials.
• Introduces tools and activities to maximize learner engagement and their acquisition of knowledge and skills.
• Supervises full-time team members.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Training, Human Resources, Public/Business Administration, Child Development, or Communications and at least five (5) years of facilitative training experience with adult learners.

• Ability to coordinate and moderate online meetings and events using Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Salary

A maximum of $93,500k is budgeted for this position
