The University at Buffalo School of Law is seeking a Staff Assistant.
The position duties are, but not limited to:
- Event and program coordination
- Financial and data analysis
- Information and data management
- Stakeholder interaction and relationship support
- Professional administrative support

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Demonstrated experience in professional administrative coordination, project support, or customer-facing university operations.
- Ability to analyze information, prepare reports, and coordinate multi-step processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and exercise good judgment in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and virtual conferencing platforms.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including occasional nights and weekends for major events.
Salary Range
$51,500
