Process refunds and adjustments promptly and accurately and ensure compliance with University, Federal and State guidelines and regulations. Demonstrated ability to accurately review, audit, analyze, and reconcile high-volume financial transactions; perform calculations; research and resolve account discrepancies; and prepare routine financial reports and statements. Ability to interpret and consistently apply University policies and applicable federal and state regulations, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and document account activity thoroughly. Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheet, email, and related financial or student information systems, with the ability to learn new systems and processes. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-service skills, including the ability to explain complex account information clearly and tactfully to students, parents, and University departments. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, collaborate effectively, follow through on unresolved matters, perform accurately under pressure, and meet established deadlines in a high-volume environment.
