Position Summary

Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Student Assistant for the Ambulatory Care Department within Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The Rutgers Medical School Ambulatory Care office is looking to hire a part-time Student Assistant who will help the department in various administrative duties.

Key Duties:

• Organize & file department documents.
• Manage electronic files.
• Assists with data collection, basic analysis, and preparation of reports with supervision.
• Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Manage content updates to digital resources/social media (if appropriately qualified we will train for this).

Minimum Education and Experience:

Rutgers' undergraduate or graduate student with computer experience.

State: NJ

Salary: A minimum of $15.49 per hour.
