Job Title: Student Assistant

Department: FAES | Research Operations Administration-JM

Assists CFAES agricultural operations staff with field operations to establish, maintain and harvest crops research, or greenhouse operations. Other duties may include assisting with livestock husbandry and animal care. Assists with grounds and facilities maintenance, fence repairs, and equipment repairs. Assists with data and sample collection, record keeping and computer data entry. Operates agricultural machinery including mowers and grounds equipment; cleans and maintains work areas and other duties as assigned.

Pct Duties

60% Assists agricultural operations staff with field operations to establish, maintain and harvest crops research, or greenhouse operations. Operates agricultural machinery including mowers and grounds equipment; cleans and maintains work areas and other duties as assigned.

40% Assists with data and sample collection, record keeping and computer data entry.

Position is located in Willard, Ohio.

Additional Information: Location: Muck Crop ARS - Main (0786) Position Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) Scheduled Hours: 20 Shift: First Shift Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
