Responsibilities
- Monitor student behavior during computer-based exams and report any concerns of irregularities to Didactic Program Coordinator.
- Assist in maintaining exam security procedures in the event of an unexpected disruption (e.g., fire alarm).
- Fulfill assigned duties with a willingness to be respectfully assertive to ensure a safe and secure test environment.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to commit to the listed exam dates.
Qualifications
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Attentiveness, strong verbal communication, general understanding of academic integrity, reliability, respectfulness, and punctuality.

Testing Dates for Summer 2026
Most summer testing dates fall on a Thursday with a small number occurring on Monday/Wednesday. The School of Physician Assistant Practice is recruiting proctors who can commit to the following days/times.
Testing Days/Times
- Most testing times are in the morning; morning proctor times will not be earlier than 7:30 am and ending times will not be later than 12:15 pm.
- Afternoon testing times will not be earlier than 12:30 pm and ending times will not be later than 4:30 pm.

- Thursday, June 4, 7:30 am - 12:00 pm
- Thursday, June 11, 7:30 am - 12:00 pm
- Monday, June 22, 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm
- Thursday, June 25, 7:30 am - 12:00 pm
- Thursday, July 9, 7:30 am - 12:00 pm
- Thursday, July 16, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
- Thursday, July 23, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
- Thursday, July 30, 7:30 am - 12:00 pm
- Wednesday, August 5, 7:30 am - 10:00 am
- Thursday, August 6, 7:30 am - 12:00 pm

- Training will be provided; training dates/times will be determined upon hire.
- Candidates available for more than one semester are preferred, but not required.
- Fall 2026 Testing Dates will be published in early Summer 2026.
