Supplemental Instruction Manager

The Student Success Center is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Supplemental Instruction Manager to lead and oversee a comprehensive Supplemental Instruction (SI) program that supports undergraduate student success.

Primary Duties

Lead all aspects of the Supplemental Instruction Program, including recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating Supplemental Instruction Leaders.
Supervise one or more Graduate Assistants and approximately 170 student staff members.
Develop and implement strategies that enhance student engagement, academic achievement, and overall program effectiveness.
Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with faculty, academic departments, and campus stakeholders.
Coordinate Finals Support initiatives and other academic success programs.
Administer Supplemental Instruction services for courses with high D/F/W rates.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, or Counseling. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience coordinating and assessing student or academic programs in a higher education setting, preferably including supervisory experience.
