System Specialist, K-12 Partnerships

The Systems Specialist in K-12 Partnerships supports mission-critical systems related to Workday, Prism, and OnBase and executes processes related to these systems. This position supports the functions of student registration and provides support for the K-12 Partnerships leadership team on systems specific project oversight
Systems Testing & Technical Support
- Provides technical support to ensure critical functioning for K-12 Partnerships and related systems and applications.
- Collaborates with internal team and departments across campus to support CCP students and K-12 Partnerships related initiatives.
- Support the coordination of processes and improve communication.
- Performs other systems and technological enhancements in cooperation with the K-12 partnerships leadership team.
- Participates in related project meetings, as needed, to provide requested information.
- Develops in-depth knowledge of CCP related needs and recommends process improvements based on system functionality.
- Communicates findings, as necessary, to the Administrative team and collaborates with K-12 partners, when appropriate, to resolve any on-going system issues.
Data Analysis, Reporting, & Clerical
- Maintains and updates data and statistics of student and partner record information in relevant systems.
- Responds to data requests and meets with involved parties to document reporting needs. Provides analyses of enrollment data pulls.
- Organizes and maintains required electronic files for the department relative to CCP, CTAG, and articulated credit.
- Supports calendars and schedules for K-12 Partnerships leadership team.
Customer Service
- Communicates with internal partners regarding K-12 Partnerships-related systems.
- Interacts frequently with academic departments, school counselors, and students, and their support networks.
Collaboration
- Fosters and maintains a safe environment of respect and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, K-12 partners, and members of the community
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the College and business partners.
- Hours may occasionally include working outside of a normal workweek schedule to support department needs.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous office assistant experience and/or an Associates Degree in a related field.
- At least one (1) year of progressively responsible computer systems experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s)
