Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education,
training and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or
related field, or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of technical principles and methods of
computers and peripherals
- Ability to integrate basic principles of discipline with
processes and procedures
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software
issues
- Relevant certifications preferred
- Working knowledge of AV systems, networking, and remote
management tools
- Ability to manage multiple support assignments
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established
as $18.87 - $26.87.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not
limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education,
skills, and experience, as well as organizational
requirements.
