Why your role matters
The Partner Operations Officer position is a vital role in fostering connections with essential stakeholders, including agents, sponsors, articulation partner institutions, and other channel partners. In this role, you'll assist the Future Students International Partner Agreements and Compliance Manager by managing inquiries and performing various administrative tasks related to partner relationships and recruitment activities.
You'll engage with a wide network of external stakeholders and professional staff to drive growth in international commercial programs, transnational education, articulation relationships, and other partnerships. As a Partner Operations Officer, you'll be responsible for project coordination and administrative support, ensuring that administrative processes and procedures meet the highest standards of quality assurance and due diligence.
This position reports directly to the Future Students International Partner Agreements and Compliance Manager and does not involve managing direct reports.
Specific accountabilities for this role include:
- Provide centralised administrative support to facilitate effective and efficient administration related to UNSW channel partners, including change of agent requests, preparation of contracts and updating internal and external systems of records.
- Manage and triage incoming enquiries from channel partners.
- Ensure systems, procedures and guidelines are properly maintained and updated.
- Contribute to the on-boarding process of new agents/sponsors, agent/sponsor enquiries, and the payment of agent commissions.
About You:
You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrated experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through a combination of education, training and/or experience alongside:
- Strong administration and project coordination skills with demonstrated success in improving processes/workflow, developing administrative systems and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships, and the ability to liaise with a wide and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding organisational skills with proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, flexibly and productively as an effective team member.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- Advanced level of computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, CRM and finance systems.
- An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
