Responsibilities:  

Assists coaching staff with all aspects of running a NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball program.  Recruits and scouts prospective student-athletes as directed by coaching staff. Assist with practices and matches, film breakdown and match scouting and prep. Performs other related duties, as assigned. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least ONE of the following is required:
• Experience playing volleyball at the collegiate or professional level.
• Experience coaching volleyball in a public or educational setting.
• Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required. 
• Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required.
• Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable by UMHB auto insurance carrier.
