Position: Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Marketing

Office/Department: Management and Marketing

The Grove City College School of Business is seeking a dynamic and innovative educator who is passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic community in a full-time Marketing faculty position within the Department of Management and Marketing starting in the 2025-26 academic year.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Demonstrable success in teaching courses related to Marketing at the undergraduate and graduate level, as well as the ability to teach in one or more other management or marketing topic areas.
• A willingness to teach Principles courses as a part of a team and to teach a variety of upper-level courses each semester/term as needed.
• A Ph.D. or D.B.A in Marketing (highly preferred); a terminal degree in another business-related field will also be considered. A Masters degree in a business-related field is the minimum qualification required to apply.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, marketing analytics, and AI.
• Work experience in Marketing or a related field (e.g., Brand Management, Market Research, Advertising & Promotion, Sales, Public Relations).
• Experience with in-person and online teaching modalities and a willingness to teach where needed.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The Grove City College School of Business is accredited by ACBSP and includes academic departments in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Management and Marketing. It houses 12 undergraduate majors, 14 minors, 24 full-time faculty, and approximately 480 students. The School of Business also includes fully on-line Masters programs in Business Administration (MBA), Business Analytics (MSBA), and Accounting (MAcc).
