La Sierra University Zapara School of Business seeks a full-time Associate Professor of Accounting, Finance, Management or Marketing.

An applicant should hold a PhD in accounting, finance, or marketing (from an AACSB accredited institution) or the equivalent. (An applicant with advanced standing in a PhD program may be considered under appropriate circumstances.)

As a member of the ZSB faculty, the person in this role will be an integral part of the department and have the opportunity to shape the business school and help with final stages of the AACSB accreditation process. The ZSB has among its core values one-on-one and group mentorship of students and significant involvement with our community.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is an excellent instructor, a capable faculty mentor, and who has experience with program development and growth. The faculty contract starts July 1, 2021 and is for an initial period of 12 months and is renewable.

Minimum Salary: $73,951.00

Maximum Salary: $82,300.00
