Offer Description
The Department of Entrepreneurship and Management is the core department of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering and Management of the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest (NUSTPB) and one of the leading Romanian centres for education and research in entrepreneurship, business engineering and management.
The department coordinates bachelor and master programmes in the field of Engineering and Management, taught in Romanian, English and German, which prepare engineers able to combine technical knowledge with managerial, economic and entrepreneurial competences. The members of the department teach and carry out research in areas such as innovation and technology management, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, strategic management, human resource management, quality and risk management, marketing and business ethics, and cooperate with the other departments of the faculty and with partners from industry in research and educational projects.
The position announced for recruitment is that of teaching assistant for a fixed period. The subjects included in the position are: Negotiation and Business Ethics (Negociere și etică în afaceri), taught in English; Verhandlung und Geschaftstechnik (Negotiation and Business Techniques), Geschafte mit innovativen Produkten (Business with Innovative Products) and Finanzielles Management (Financial Management), taught in German; Marketing, Databases in Economics (Baze de date în economie) and Strategic Marketing (Marketing strategic), taught in Romanian.
Applicants should be enrolled in an engineering and management doctoral program or in a closely related domain. Applicants should also have a proven capacity to conduct seminars, laboratory work and scientific research, to demonstrate excellent abilities to communicate in writing and verbally, and a strong commitment to quality student education, good teaching skills and the ability to innovate in the educational field.

Decision of the Competition Committee on the ranking of candidates, the nomination of the candidate who obtained the highest overall results, and the recommendation for appointment to the position: to be displayed at the premises of the Department where the competition was held by 14 October 2026.
Approval by the Faculty Council of the Competition Committee's Report: by 20 October 2026.
Approval by the University Senate of the Competition Committee's Report on the outcome of the competition: by 22 October 2026.
