Administrative Officer (HEO 4)
- Based in UniSA Business Unit at the City West campus
- Full-time, continuing position
- Commencement salary: $70,476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role
Reporting to the Contract Research and Commercial Systems Manager, you will provide vital administrative support to the UniSA Business Unit. You will manage a wide range of responsibilities, from finance administration to database management and project coordination, ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience and high-quality customer service
- Demonstrated experience in financial administration including skills in interpreting and monitoring financial reports and tracking project invoicing and payments
- Highly developed time management and organisation skills, a demonstrated capacity to excel in a complex and demanding environment with competing deadlines, that requires excellent attention to detail
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail in undertaking clerical, administrative and data input tasks
- Highly developed oral and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people at all levels (including VIP corporates e.g. CEO, CMO, CFO etc), staff and external clients
