• Term: Fixed-term, full-time basis until 7 February 2025.
• Remuneration: $105,466 to $114,196 pa (HEW6) (inclusive of $89,120 to $96,497 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
• Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available)
• Open to: Current staff members of QUT who have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the fixed-term appointment. Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Transport Services Coordinator to join Campus Services and Procurement, Administrative Division.

The Transport Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a high level of client service in relation to transport matters including QUT fleet, public transport, active transport, the intercampus bus, parking and enforcement. The position will provide support and collaborate with the Integrated Transport Services team and liaise with staff at all levels of the organisation, as well as members of the public in providing administration support to the Integrated Transport Services office. This position reports to the Manager Integrated Transport Services for career planning, development, and performance expectations.

What you need to succeed

1.  Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree in a finance related discipline combined with relevant work experience.

2.  Proven ability to analyse, interpret and report on quantitative and qualitative data, providing reliable, actionable insights.

3.  Demonstrated ability to apply reasoning, judgement, and analytical skills in resolving routine issues in a complex environment.

4.  Demonstrated written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit a diverse range of high-quality materials.

5.  Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to contribute effectively to policy and procedural review, and continuous improvement.

6.  Demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in a team-based environment to achieve quality outcomes.
