Position Overview
The Department of Chemistry invites applications for a Teaching Assistant Professor with responsibilities including:
- Innovative teaching in biochemistry and first-year undergraduate programs.
- Development of engaging, evidence-based teaching approaches.
- Cooperative teaching of large-enrollment undergraduate courses.
- Supporting the success of a diverse student population.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching large undergraduate courses.
- Commitment to evidence-based pedagogy and student success.
- Ability to engage and mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
