Technical Coordinator - Audio/Visual Services for Football

Position Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Technical Coordinator – Audio/Visual Services for Football.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

• Acts as the lead designer and photographer for the Rutgers University football program.
• Interprets needs, develops concepts, directs, and creates content for Rutgers Football.
• Works as the photographer for game day and other football related events.
• Helps student-athletes build their brand.
• Stays up-to-date on the latest football and marketing trends and industry change.
• Assists the Director of Communications and Branding in the lead of the creative media team that creates social media, web and marketing content for the program.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of previous experience creating video content for an athletic department, team, agency, production-house or media brand, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Ability to hold and shoot with a camera.

Special Conditions:

Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Salary: 40-60k
