Your Role on the Team

This role is PART-TIME, Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Process purchase and reimbursement requests received through a shared email inbox and upload documentation.
• Perform financial transactions in KFS and assist with routine fiscal processing.
• Staff the school's delivery room, coordinating receipt and pickup of purchased items.
• Interact regularly with Finance Assistants, fiscal officers, faculty, staff, students, and delivery personnel.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required:

• General office or administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Preferred:

• Experience with reimbursements, purchasing, or financial processing.
• Familiarity with KFS or similar financial systems.
• Experience working in an academic or shared services environment.
