Job Duties: Occupations in which workers perform duties that result in or contribute to the comfort, convenience, hygiene, or safety of the general public or which contribute to the upkeep and care of buildings, facilities, or grounds of public property. Workers in this group may operate machinery. Includes: chauffeurs, laundry and dry cleaning operatives, truck drivers, bus drivers, garage laborers, custodial employees, gardeners, groundskeepers, refuse collectors, construction workers, park rangers (maintenance), farm workers (except managers), craft apprentices/trainees/helpers, and kindred workers. Additional Information to Applicants: Departments will access this job posting to search for applicants to fill Non-Student Non-Regular (NSNR) positions at the University. Non-student, non-regular staff may work on short assignments or intermittently throughout the year, but the total hours worked must not exceed 19.75 hours per week. This position is temporarily funded. Employment is contingent on funding availability.
