The Baylor University School of Law invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions beginning May 1, 2026:

• Business/Transactional Law: Primary teaching responsibilities will include upper-level electives in transactional, commercial, or business law, such as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, securities regulation, debt financing, and business succession planning. • Trusts and Estates: Teaching responsibilities are based on Baylor Law's curricular needs and applicant's experience; however primary teaching responsibilities are expected to include upper-level courses in trusts and estates, wealth transfers, estate planning, marital property, and estate administration.
