Ticketing Associate, Systems and Technology

The Ticketing Associate, Systems and Technology will be responsible for comprehensive management of all setup, testing, and deployment of internal and external Virginia Tech Athletics ticket sales and ticket fulfillment processes utilizing the Paciolan Ticketing System as well as integrated partner applications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with the Paciolan Software Suite of Products
- Experience working in a fast-paced ticket operations environment
- Experience working with the Microsoft Suite of business applications including Excel and Access
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Significant experience with Paciolan ticketing at a Power 4 athletics department
- Relevant years of experience working within the Ballena 3D Seat Selection Software
- Demonstrated ability to work within established deadlines and to work independently
- Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations regarding complimentary ticketing
