Duties & Responsibilities:
The Center of Evidence-Based Partnerships in Virginia (CEP-Va; www.cep-va.org) is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team. The position itself is housed in the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Psychology Department, College of Humanities and Sciences. The selected candidate will serve as Training Coordinator for state-funded implementation projects aiming to provide support to the training of practitioners around Virginia in evidence-based programs (EBPs). Key roles will include management of applications for EBP training, coordination of meetings required to arrange and implement training, ongoing data management of training-related information, and general administrative functions (e.g., communications, file management). Duties will require strong teamwork orientation, attention to detail, and commitment to completion of assigned tasks in a timely manner. The position may involve some travel (reimbursable) around the state of Virginia to present findings to partners.

Note: This position is restricted, and continuation is dependent upon grant funding.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, political science, public administration, human services, communication studies, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and fastidious attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork orientation.
- Openness and willingness to engage in team discussions related to social justice.
- Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of and/or experience with evidence-based treatment programs.
- Learning related to implementation science within medical or behavioral health services.
- Interest and appreciation for innovative online tools and digital workspaces (e.g., Slack, Hive).
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
