Job Description
TRANSFER OPPORTUNITIES ARE FOR CURRENT COAST COLLEGES EMPLOYEES ONLY
The Coast District recognizes the interest of employees in seeking or agreeing to transfer opportunities. There shall be no reprisal against employees for exploring transfer opportunities.
When District Office of Human Resources receives authorization to fill a job vacancy, employees who are on the transfer list will be given the opportunity of a lateral (or lower classification) transfer.
Definition & Examples of Duties will depend on the job specification of the Transfer Opportunity.

Conditions of Employment
This program is for internal permanent Coast Colleges employees only.
The hours of work will depend on the needs of the department. The effective date of employment will be arranged with the supervisor.
Regular attendance is considered an essential job function; the inability to meet attendance requirements may preclude the employee from retaining employment.
