The Division of Undergraduate Education and Student Success (UESS) is committed to ensuring that every undergraduate student at the University of Oregon has the support needed to thrive academically and graduate on time.
Position Summary
The UESS Project Manager (UESSPM) provides strategic project management for special projects, programs, and events critical to the UESS mission and supports the strategic implementation of divisional and institution-wide initiatives to improve retention, graduation, and close equity gaps.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Five years of professional experience coordinating or managing projects or initiatives.
Professional Competencies
- Project Leadership: Skilled in defining project outcomes, designing processes, and facilitating meetings to achieve goals.
- Project & Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects within firm deadlines; highly organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience in a higher education environment.
- Facilitation experience.
- Experience managing enterprise technology implementation.
