Job Description:

The Goddard School of Business and Economics at Weber State University is accepting applications for a nine-month, tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank depending on candidate qualifications. The primary emphasis of the position is in Organizational Behavior / Human Resource Management. An interest in and ability to teach both undergraduate and MBA courses in these areas is strongly preferred. The position has a start date of July 1, 2026.

Job Duties:

The GSBE expects a consistent record of peer-reviewed scholarship and offers a financial incentive program for research support. A 3/3 teaching load is standard for tenure-track faculty.

• Completed doctorate in Management, Organizational Behavior, or other appropriate and related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to teach.
• Conduct peer-reviewed scholarly research.
• Provide service consistent with the mission of Weber State University and the Goddard School.
