The Religious Studies Department at Hamilton College invites applications for a one-year visiting position at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor for the 2026-27 academic year, with contract beginning July 1, 2026. We seek candidates to teach courses at all undergraduate levels on religions in the Americas, with a focus on religion and politics. We are especially interested in candidates whose research focuses on the intersections of religion and postcolonialism and/or decolonization movements.
