Visiting Part-Time Faculty Position in Chinese Language

The Department of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a visiting part-time faculty position to teach one Chinese language course during the Spring 2026 semester to begin in January 2026. Candidates must have native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, a Master's degree or above (including ABD) with expertise in Chinese language and culture.

There are no employee benefits associated with this part-time visiting faculty appointment. Compensation for teaching one course for the Spring 2026 semester is $8,000.00.

Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching and inclusive pedagogies as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field.
