"Marketing Technology Specialist"

Description: Carroll College seeks a self-motivated individual to fill a Marketing Technology Specialist role.  This position serves an important role in the Marketing department, responsible for supporting the Admission and Financial Aid departments with respect to communicating to prospective and current students across marketing platforms, including email, digital and print channels. 

This position is also responsible for working with our student Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Slate, to help manage the enrollment marketing funnel, as well as Colleague, a higher education CRM. The ideal candidate will work strategically to leverage system capabilities to assist in developing, implementing and optimizing ways to best communicate to and engage with prospective students. 

Qualifications:  The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field plus 3 years in marketing, communications and/or technology.
