Workforce Assessment Coordinator- Temporary Specially Funded
Assist in coordination and delivery of all high-stakes, certification, and assessment related projects and programs. Provide customer and technical support for testing related activities.
- Assist in coordinating, tracking, reporting and delivering related programs.
- Establish and maintain contact with clients, staff, and external agencies.
- Coordinate and register clients for testing.
- Schedule test sessions including test-site reservations and room set-up.
- Prepare requisitions, maintain project financial reports and handle monthly billing.
- Conduct research and prepare reports for proposals and contracts.
- Maintain inventory and security of program materials and files.
- Proctor, score and deliver assessments at on-campus and off-campus locations.
- Audit test results and prepare certificates.
- Operate as ACT RegiSTAR Agent using ACT Express Score database software.
- Collaborate with and provide reports to ACT and Michigan Works.
- Coordinate and facilitate remediation services at campus and off-campus locations.
- Maintain database records for MI Works! Service Centers.
- Prepare, report and maintain examinee test score and NCRC information.
- Assist full and part-time staff in program implementation.
- May train and schedule part-time staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
