Position Summary
Are you between the ages of 18 to 25 and looking for a unique job opportunity this summer?

Spend the morning performing conservation, campus beautification, and bike park and trail improvement and trail maintenance projects. On most afternoons you will receive training in classes such as First Aid, CPR/AED, Belay and Lead Climbing, Water Safety and the Environment, Career Planning, and more - Get Paid for an 8-Hour Day!

MAJOR DUTIES

• Supervises and leads YCC Crew Members.
• Performs grounds maintenance and landscaping duties; weeding, mulching, digging, raking, pruning, cutting, planting, site preparation, material removal and disposal.
• Tracks and submits project work logs and timesheets for YCC Crew Members.
• Collaborates with YCC Project Managers on daily and weekly work plans.
• Operates mechanical equipment; edgers, trimmers, mowers, augers, pumps.
• Assists with irrigation repair and maintenance.
• Assists with landscape maintenance and renovation projects.
• Attend required daily trainings.
• Responsible for daily tool and material inventory.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be between the ages of 18-25
• Must be a resident of NM
