YSN Women's Health NP Full-Time Lecturer

The Yale School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time Lecturer faculty position with a focus on the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) program. The selected candidate will contribute to both didactic and clinical education and may be considered for an academic leadership position in the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Specialty based on qualifications and experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate innovative didactic and clinical instruction for WHNP and midwifery students.
• Supervise and mentor students in diverse clinical settings, fostering clinical competence and professional identity formation.
• Participate in academic administration, including curriculum development, student advising, admissions, and committee service.
• Collaborate with YSN faculty and external stakeholders to advance the quality and impact of the Women’s Health and Midwifery programs.
• Engage in local and national professional networks and represent YSN in women’s health and advanced practice nursing forums.
• Contribute to community partnerships and outreach initiatives aligned with program goals.
