SUMMARY

The Department of Women & Gender Studies at SUNY Brockport is seeking applicants for anticipated part-time adjunct faculty openings.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Teaching (100%)

• Teaches assigned courses in Women and Gender Studies
• Engages in experiential and hands-on education when appropriate
• Produces effective course materials
• Achieves student learning outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in women and gender studies or a related field by the time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college/university, or seven years of experience in a gender studies-related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctorate in women and gender studies or related field
• Significant teaching experience
