  • Facilitate communications among stakeholders to maintain alignment, document decisions, and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating blockers to the Director when necessary, and implementing mitigation steps to sustain progress.
  • Track and report progress using dashboards, documentation, and regular updates for leadership, focusing on budget, scope, and schedule adherence.
  • Integrate evaluation strategies into project planning, collecting usage data, feedback, and success metrics post-implementation in partnership with evaluation staff.
  • Conduct project closeouts and retrospectives to capture lessons learned, archive documentation, and recommend improvements to future workflows.
  • Manage activities such as faculty training, user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance reviews, and change management efforts to support successful adoption.
  • Analyze instructional processes and technology use across campuses to identify challenges, gaps, and opportunities for improving teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
