Accounting Non-Probationary Instructor
The Accounting Program at St. Cloud State University has a full-time fixed-term non-probationary position open to: Teach introductory and undergraduate courses as needed; Perform advising duties; Participate in committee and project work at the program, school, and university levels.
Applicant review will begin late September or early October 2025.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in accounting from an AACSB accredited school or MBA from an AACSB accredited school, and a CPA or CMA or CIA in good standing; Teaching experience in accounting and teaching evaluations required; Evidence of demonstrated ability to teach and work effectively with students, program colleagues, and others in the university and business community; Ability to teach and work effectively with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds; Willingness to provide service to the university community; Willingness to contribute to student growth and development.
Preferred Qualification: Teaching experience in accounting at a four-year university; Professional accounting experience.
Other Requirements: Must be able to teach courses in-person on campus and online asynchronous and/or in a multi-modal format.
