Accreditations & Rankings Manager

Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)

Saïd Business School is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accreditations and Rankings Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening the School’s global reputation. This is a senior professional services role at the heart of one of the world’s leading universities, working closely with academic leaders and external bodies to deliver excellence in accreditation and rankings performance.

In this role you will lead the management of the School’s external accreditations, currently including EQUIS and AACSB, and oversee participation in major global rankings such as the Financial Times, Bloomberg and QS. Acting as the main point of contact with accrediting and ranking bodies, you will ensure the School is fully prepared for accreditation cycles, submissions, reviews and visits, while driving a culture of continuous improvement across programmes and operations.

You will collaborate extensively with faculty, senior leadership and professional services colleagues to gather and analyse complex data, develop robust systems to support accreditation and rankings activity, and communicate requirements and outcomes clearly to both specialist and non specialist audiences. You will also play a key role in shaping and delivering a rankings strategy, monitoring performance against key metrics and identifying opportunities to enhance the School’s standing.

The successful candidate will bring strong project management experience, exceptional organisational skills and the confidence to work authoritatively with senior stakeholders. You will be comfortable handling complexity, balancing multiple priorities and influencing across a diverse academic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside strong IT capability and the ability to quickly develop deep subject expertise.
