DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To teach courses in the Biology program
• To design and deliver a competency-based curriculum using multiple instructional modalities, including online, hybrid and lecture
• Ability to develop course work that prepares students for the challenging professional positions within the fields of Allied Health and Biology.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with students and colleagues

• Assess student learning according to best practices in measurement of student performance objectives and outcomes
• Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in pedagogical approaches to a diverse population of students and peers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience teaching at the college level
• Master’s degree in a related field
