Position Overview

DePaul's Jarvis College of Computing & Digital Media (CDM) is located in the heart of Chicago's Loop. Part-time teaching positions are available throughout the academic year, including summer sessions. Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a master's degree in the discipline, or 18 semester/27 quarter hours of graduate work in the discipline, or an undergraduate degree with a minimum of five years demonstrated relevant professional experience.

MFA in documentary plus professional credits on distributed or broadcasted work, or significant festival screenings or awards are preferred. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in creating inclusive work/learning spaces.

The documentary program equips aspiring documentary filmmakers with both a deep understanding of the documentary genre and strong skills in film production.

Salary Information

The anticipated hiring rate is between $4,800 and $6,100 per course, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
